Limby is a digital tool that generates coordinative neuromuscular exercises to boost users memory and physical coordination.
Based on articulation movement direction changes, it creates eight movement sequences for users to copy, offering a fun, interactive way to explore diverse movement qualities while sharpening memory and coordination. Its best benefit is that it works as an active meditation that resets your brain.

  • Virtual Dancer: The app displays a simplified human figure made up of circular shapes representing different body parts (head, torso, arms, and legs).

  • Sequence Creation: The app generates a series of 8 movements, creating a unique dance sequence each time.

  • Movement Generation: The virtual dancer performs three movement qualities based on articulation direction up-down, side-to-side, and circular.

  • Progress bar: Users can watch the progress bar to learn and memorize the sequence.

  • Memory Challenge: The app encourages users to memorize the dance sequence, to dance in synchrony with the avatar.

  • Interface controls: Users can control the movements speed with the mouse. The higher is the mouse the faster the avatar moves. By clicking on the bottons they can start a new sequence or loop the current one.

  • Music Integration: The app allows users to upload and play music, potentially syncing the dance movements with the beat.
